Biggest downsides of living in Laguna Woods?

Alright, I work in manufacturing and Crime rate is something to consider -Laguna Woods sits at 43.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $364,900, which seems about average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Pros:
- Friendly people
- Low crime in most areas
- Walkable downtown
- Good internet infrastructure
- Active local events

Cons:
- Rising rent prices
- Limited nightlife
- Limited cultural events
- Homelessness issues downtown

Hot take but it was the best decision I ever made. I know a lot of people disagree but after 3 years here, that's my honest assessment.
