Hey, Just moved here 14 months ago and Household incomes average around $119,219 in Laie. Crime rate is something to consider -Laie sits at 232.1 per 100K. With a population of 5,568, Laie is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Anyone in a similar situation? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.
