Honest thoughts on life in Lake Alfred

Curious what people think. I'm originally from Miami and Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this?
