Is it worth buying in Lake Arbor?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Atlanta and The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $457,800 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Thoughts? TIA! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
