Hello, I'm originally from Portland and With a population of 14,932, Lake Arbor is a small town. Rent is about $2,293/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $457,800, which is pretty steep. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
