Moving to Lake Bluff -what should I know?

Hi all, I'm retired and Homes are going for about $739,400 on average. It's a a small town city with about 5,834 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is pretty good in most areas.
