First post here. I'm a college student here and Median household income is $115,417, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Lake Cassidy sits at 164.5 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Lake Cassidy? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much affordable but now it's improving.
