Been meaning to ask this. We have two kids and The median home value here is around $204,000, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 16.2%, which is higher than I expected. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What would you do?
