Been meaning to ask this. I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $204,000 on average. Median household income is $56,864, which feels about average for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest?
