Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $178,600 on average. Median household income is $51,175, which feels on the lower side for the area. With a population of 12,404, Lake City is a small town. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? Any help is appreciated.
