Hi all, I'm a 43-year-old electrician and Homes are going for about $53,300 on average. Thoughts? Any help is appreciated.

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Oak Park area are pretty good. Kids love it here.
