What's it really like living in Lake Como?

Hey folks, Should I be concerned? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I work in consulting here and it's been a really good experience overall. The job market for my field is solid. Feel free to reach out with questions..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from Seattle and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Greenfield. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in finance. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Bought a house here in 2015 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone about the same since then.
