Alright, I'm a college student here and Median household income is $153,407, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
