Housing market in Lake Elmo right now

Hello, The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What do you all think? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Meadowbrook area are decent. Kids love it here.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 14 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is housing market. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Riverside side vs the Westside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Came here for work and stayed because it's exactly what I was looking for. The nightlife is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, Hope this helps!.

The food scene here is challenging. Tons of great Thai places. I have mixed feelings honestly.
