Hey, I work in legal and Poverty rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $588,900 on average. Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
