Honest thoughts on life in Lake Elsinore

Not sure if this has been asked before, but My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Lake Elsinore sits at 246.2 per 100K. Household incomes average around $96,527 in Lake Elsinore. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want food scene, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
