Curious what people think. I'm a 24-year-old real estate agent and Median household income is $96,527, which feels pretty solid for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Used to live on the Meadowbrook side, now on the Westside side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.
