Studio apartments in Lake Forest -options?

So, I work in construction and Rent is about $2,616/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 85,846 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Used to live on the Springfield side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.
