Best coffee shops in Lake Havasu City?

First post here. Homes are going for about $411,500 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 58,037 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. What would you do? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I've lived in The Heights for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Lots of new development happening
- Good internet infrastructure
- The job market scene is excellent

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Hope this helps!.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is food scene. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
