Best kept secrets of Lake Havasu City, AZ

OK so I relocated for work and It's a a smaller city city with about 58,037 people. The median home value here is around $411,500, which is pretty steep. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this? The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The cost of living is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
