Hello, I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $66,264 in Lake Havasu City. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Lake Havasu City? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
