Quick question about Lake Havasu City

First post here. Crime rate is something to consider -Lake Havasu City sits at 157.0 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any advice would be great.

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.

I'm a writer and I've found it exceeded my expectations. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in Sunset area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Hot take but it's not perfect but it works for me. I know a lot of people disagree but after 13 years here, that's my honest assessment.
