Studio apartments in Lake Havasu City -options?

Been meaning to ask this. Household incomes average around $66,264 in Lake Havasu City. The median home value here is around $411,500, which is pretty steep. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Bought a house here in 2021 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone about the same since then.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it exceeded my expectations. Internet is improving in most areas.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to Pittsburgh it's hit or miss.

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. community vibe used to be much established but now it's better than expected.
