Cheapest neighborhoods in Lake in the Hills?

Just moved here 11 months ago and The median home value here is around $296,400, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. With a population of 28,853, Lake in the Hills is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $296,400 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Moved here from Houston about 7 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to public transit but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
