Day-to-day life in Lake Los Angeles, CA

First post here. With a population of 13,479, Lake Los Angeles is a small town. Poverty rate is 10.8%, which is around average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. Happy to answer more specific questions..
