I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Would love some local perspective. Appreciate any input. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
