Freelancing from Lake Magdalene -experience?

I'm retired and With a population of 31,733, Lake Magdalene is a smaller city. Rent is about $1,342/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Came here for retirement and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The outdoor recreation is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I work in manufacturing here and I have mixed feelings honestly. The job market for my field is tough. Definitely worth checking out..
