Is Lake Magdalene a good place to live?

Hey folks, Crime rate is something to consider -Lake Magdalene sits at 315.8 per 100K. Should I be concerned?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to San Diego it's tough.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is decent in most areas.
