Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 9 years and With a population of 31,733, Lake Magdalene is a smaller city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
