Lake Magdalene quality of life -am I missing something?

Hey everyone, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $335,800 on average. Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Should I be concerned? Appreciate any input.

I work in healthcare here and it's been a really good experience overall. The job market for my field is hit or miss. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
