Hey folks, I'm a 52-year-old software engineer and Crime rate is something to consider -Lake Marcel-Stillwater sits at 13.1 per 100K. The median home value here is around $690,800, which is pretty steep. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Anyone in a similar situation? Cheers.
