I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 1,198, Lake Medina Shores is a small town. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $158,700 on average. The median home value here is around $158,700, which is actually reasonable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here? Any help is appreciated. The weather takes some getting used to.
