Anyone else feel this way? Homes are going for about $418,800 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Lake Mohawk sits at 40.8 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Worth the trade-offs? TIA! The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
