Best neighborhoods in Lake Mohawk

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $251,200 on average. With a population of 1,372, Lake Mohawk is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Cedar Grove area are underrated. Kids love it here.
