Quick question about Lake Mohegan

Alright, We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 5.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 5,566 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Any advice would be great. Appreciate any input. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Bought a house here in 2019 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Moved here from Baltimore about 9 years ago. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Still getting used to public transit but Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
