Lake Monticello housing prices -when will it stop?

Hey folks, I've been here for 19 years and The unemployment rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? Any help is appreciated. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

Hot take but it's not perfect but it works for me. I know a lot of people disagree but after 14 years here, that's my honest assessment.
