Hello, It's a a small town city with about 10,591 people. Rent is about $1,807/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any help is appreciated. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
