How are the schools in Lake Morton-Berrydale?

First post here. I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -Lake Morton-Berrydale sits at 214.1 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. TIA! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Used to live on the Fairview side, now on the North side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

I'm a chef and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is surprisingly good and there's always something going on.
