Is Lake Morton-Berrydale getting better or worse?

I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 4.2%, which is pretty low. With a population of 10,591, Lake Morton-Berrydale is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Boston it's tough.
