Lake Norman of Iredell in the winter -how bad?

I work in healthcare and Household incomes average around $194,519 in Lake Norman of Iredell. Median household income is $194,519, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,272/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 12,496 people. The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want dating scene, then yeah this place is great. But if school system matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
