Planning a move to Lake Norman of Iredell -neighborhoods?
I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Lake Norman of Iredell sits at 120.5 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thanks in advance! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. it's exactly what I was looking for. Worth doing your research before committing.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.

Used to live on the The Heights side, now on the Meadowbrook side. Completely different vibe. it exceeded my expectations.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if dating scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
