So, Been living here since 2020. Poverty rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,272 for rent here. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
