Best companies to work for in Lake Point?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Is this normal for Lake Point? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
