Just moved to Lake Ridge, any tips?

Alright, Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 45,007, Lake Ridge is a smaller city. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
