Anyone else feel this way? You can expect to pay around $982 for rent here. Rent is about $982/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
