Best areas to explore in Lake St. Louis?

Just moved here 14 months ago and Homes are going for about $375,300 on average. It's a a small town city with about 17,538 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to San Francisco it's challenging.
