Remote worker thinking about Lake Stevens

Not sure if this has been asked before, but With a population of 39,500, Lake Stevens is a smaller city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Worth the trade-offs? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much reasonable but now it's solid.
