Cheapest neighborhoods in Lake Village?

Alright, Been living here since 2018. You can expect to pay around $850 for rent here. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this?

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The traffic is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..
