Thinking about relocating to Lake Wales from Los Angeles

You can expect to pay around $1,060 for rent here. Homes are going for about $225,900 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What would you do? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I work in healthcare here and I have mixed feelings honestly. The job market for my field is excellent. No regrets on my end..
