Should I move to Lake Wilderness or stay in St. Louis?

OK so I'm retired and Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in North area are better than expected. Kids love it here.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to Atlanta it's hit or miss.
